It’s interesting to note the effect that demographics has on growth. Last month, I pointed to some local information in that regard. This month, let me direct you to this interesting post on national trends and their effect on GDP growth over time.
Looking at our usual, unscientific view of multiple transactions from folks we associate with development (should I call this “Movers, Moving”?), we see 109 transactions in the short month of February. Not bad at all. See the attached data.
