Since February 2020 now feels like years ago and miles away, I will keep it short.
First, the Secretary of the Treasury gave guidance that title companies are part of the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers category. As such, we are trying to protect our staff and customers while still fulfilling our function for each. Please, if you are ill or think you might be, let us know and make special arrangements regarding your transaction. Our Movers Moving index hit 135 transactions in February. See attached. This was a solid month. It will be interesting to see how we are all affected. In the meantime, wash your hands.
