Let’s stay local again this month.
Local MLS market data shows a 120 unit increase, to 1385 For Sale Properties in June 2018. That bumps Months of Inventory across the price spectrum to 2.7. June saw 521 homes sold, with an Average Sold Price of $195,000, and a June Median Sales Price of $165,000. On the Luxury end of the spectrum (homes above $400,000) we saw units creep up to 229, pushing Months of Inventory to 10.4. Average Luxury Sold Price for June was $564,000, with a June Median Sales Price of $512,000 (off of just 24 sales.)
In our non-scientific metric of “movers, moving” we saw 129 transactions involving housing-related sellers with more than one transaction in the month. See attached.
