Dustin Brooks

BIO

Dustin Brooks is an owner of the Company. As Executive Vice President, Dustin works with management in the company in business development, vendor and outside business relationships, community involvement and philanthropy, regulatory compliance and other administrative matters. Dustin is an attorney with an extensive background in oil and gas, real estate and business transactions. Outside of Title One, Dustin practices law in his firm, Brooks Law, LLP, and owns and manages a diverse portfolio of commercial, single family and residential rental properties. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Finance and law school Cum Laude from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. He is also an active member within the Lubbock community having served on multiple non-profit boards, advisory panels and as chair/co-chair of charitable events. Outside of the office, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife, Haley, and twin daughters, Claire and Caroline, playing golf, horse racing, hunting and fishing.
